Location to beach.

The attitude of the new manager contradicting what I said about the keys. And the fact he wanted to argue with me when he's new there yet my daughter and I have been going there for 12 yrs now and no less than 15 times. He also drove pretty irresponsible onto the sidewalk area right in front of the office which is located right by the pool. Not a good idea with little ones coming and going. Finally the parking gets worse and worse every year to the point where you dont even leave your motel for the whole stay because you know you'll never come back to even one open spot.

"Price was good for it being right next to the beach so it’s a good choice if you don’t mind the uncomfortable bed."

Rooms were on the main walkway with the beds right inside the door which made it hard to sleep when other patrons were loud walking past the room

We loved the proximity to the boardwalk and how close our room was to the pool.

The WiFi wasn’t very good and the pillows were really flat and uncomfortable.
