Eden Roc Motel

Property was really well managed and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a great size for two people and very comfortable. Location to the beach was perfect.

My only complaint was that there was no wifi in the rooms, only in the front office. I only ran into the issue because my phone carrier did not have a good signal there, but other people may not run into that issue.

The location was nice as it was close to the boardwalk.

There was no wi-fi, tv wouldn't work unless you hooked to a personal Hotspot and sign into your own streaming accounts, the ac only worked half of the time, the building and rooms are extremely crude & outdated, other guests would sit in the chairs in front of our room that we paid extra for views of the ocean.

We really loved that you do not have to cross the main road to get to the beach. Basically step out of your door and you are on the boardwalk within a few steps!

There was nothing that we disliked about the property.

Close to the beach and boardwalk at an affordable cost but the room is very low budget and ghetto

The property is outdated,dingy and had a bad musty smell. No ice machine or WiFi in rooms which is ridiculous! We live in times where everyone uses it! Air conditioner is loud and smelly! Outside steps are super slippery when wet! I fell down them! There’s black rubber on them makes it even worse when wet! Stairs are like a sheet of ice when wet and there’s no sign! Place seems like a money grab because their facility is NOT what it is advertised as!
