Difficult to evaluate: the surrounding landscape.

The treatment of the guests from plenty of staff members. The manager and the receptionist need to be mentioned in a negativ way.

the welcome was not very warm nor friendly - we were handed the key and that's about it. no question asked how our travel was. We went for dinner in the restaurant however the services was overwhelmed it seemed liked at this time (7pm). The food was ok. The soup (Leberknödelsuppe - was almost uneatable -> but we were not asked how we enjoyed it hence we couldn't express our "feelings" after dinner). The salad was good and the "alplerküchle" were tasty. Breakfast was nice and the senior chef himself went around tables to deliver eggs over easy - very nice touch which makes it special. also the breakfast staff very friendly and positive. Check out was ok - but no question again how we enjoyed our stay.

the unfriendliness of the staff in the pm (except the one man who barely spoke German was trying hard and smiling) - the not existing interest in their guests.

The location is close to the city and the room is very clean yet very comfortable with the architecture of wood. The breakfast is excellent with the best service ever. I would like to recommend this hotel to friends and families.
