The staff super friendly! The food delicious!

View of the lake was great, breakfast was great, we enjoyed watching the sheep. The staff was super friendly and patient with us, as we know very little German and were able to get by with English. We enjoyed looking at birds along the lakeside, and refreshing ourselves with a swim. We like that the hotel and adjacent restaurant are family owned. Note that there is a road that runs between the hotel and the lake -- so if you are a light sleeper, make sure to use the ear plugs that the hotel very kindly provides.

A super stay overlooking the lake. As requested I was in a ground floor room to make it easy going in and out with my dog. Our room was comfortable and had plenty of space. Breakfast was good and the staff were lovely. Also the restaurant did an excellent job of dealing with my allergies.

I would have liked a kettle or coffee maker in my room.

It is quite far away from the train station but there is a bus stop nearby to reach the center.

We loved the spectacular view of the mountains across the lake!!! We ate dinner and breakfast and both were delicious! The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a room looking onto the parking lot so it was pretty quiet. The room was quite big and very clean. It was good to have a sauna and access to the beach. The restaurant has good food, a little expensive if you are not accustomed to prices in this region.

The room could do with some refreshment soon (mattresses, pillows, carpets)

Peaceful stop especially my room at the back of the hotel, a really nice, big room (301) that I really liked for the size and the great bathroom and shower, nice sofa.

Bed was too hard. I’d recommend a pillow topper option maybe in the closet?
