Hotel Enzian - Adults Only

The hotel is completely renovated, location is great. Breakfast is amazing, as well as spa and gym with a view on slopes. Only pool area need some refreshment. I also loved service upon arrival, concierge took care of car, skis and our laguage.

Great hotel, everything is so nice and well though-through. Everything is brand new, it is modern but very cosy and traditional at the same time. I stayed in the suite which was a very big room. There are also 3 restaurants in the hotel, tried the Austrian and Japanese ones and they were very good. Breakfast is excellent, many options and good quality of food. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel was OK, with a nice spa area - one with clothes and one without. The ski in and ski out was a great feature, as well as the free parking garage. The hotel was clean, the room spacious enough and they were very kind to accommodate my request for a bathtub which made my stay that much nicer. The staff was also very nice, with perfect English and they were very helpful, including with the ski rental.

There were a few things that were less favorable for me: I didn't like that the hotel restaurants were only open for short time (6.30 to 9 pm) and on limited days. The room also didn't have a refrigerator or any of the usual amenities like the kettle, which was quite unfortunate. I would have also liked to see natural juice selection at breakfast (instead of packaged juice) and better selection of gluten free items.

Staff were very helpful and friendly - reception, luggage handler, bar, restaurants and spa. Mexican and Austrian restaurants both very nice. Very easy ski and ski out

one of the staff members were not professionel and made us feel not welcome. The ‘Slovenien’ was perfect and the owner was outstanding.
