+ Nice location outside of town with easy access to main roads. + Directly opposite is a forest with walking trails up the hill for a view over the Osnabrück. 3.5km circuit (easily extendable up to around 4.5km) + Very nice, traditional ambience restaurant; The menu was nice and the food was a very high standard, so too their recommended wine. Reasonable prices. + Room was very cosy; It had older decor (dark-wood built-in bed & wardrobe) that was nicely updated with modern features (rug, side table, clock, lamp, etc)

- I could hear quite easily noise from adjacent rooms. Fortunately the neighbours all behaved quietly, but if there was a noisy guest I imagine it would disturb others easily. / There was some highway road noise with the window open; I could close it at night as only spring, don't know how it would be in summer.

Very helpful staff, friendly and supportive even with a late check-in after traffic problems. Nice clean rooms, good breakfast. Excellent alternative to the city center hotels in Osnabrück.

I arrived on a Monday afternoon when the restaurant and bar were closed, I didn't see a living soul there till the following morning!

Excellent location for me: close to main roads, easy to find, very close to the company I needed to visit. Room was small but convenient for the stay, large working desk, roomy wardrobe. Large parking lot.

Great location, comfort, free breakfast. Very friendly staff.

It suited our needs. Breakfast was good. Room had plenty of space. Car park was good. Close to the village where we had the evening meal, as the restaurant was closed the night we stayed

No air-conditioning and the evening was warm. We would have liked to have been informed in advance that the restaurant would be closed the we stayed.
