Very clean, cleaning staffs are very nice Reception arrange late check out at 2pm, thanks Facilities is not old.

Staffs can speak fair English at the Front desk Others staffs tried, but cannot speak English. They didn't provide Info about dinning,.... How to get to the check in counter,.... No sign to show it is on 31st floor..... And need to change another lift to my room.... Breakfast time is too short, it finished at 10am No charging stuffs provide, need to bring my own Food on30th floor is fair Beside, Beds are too soft But it doesn't cause any problems

This hotel is clean and spacious, the views are amazing and the breakfast is excellent with lots of variety, would thoroughly recommend this hotel if staying in Shijiazhuang

For some reason when you check in, they want to know where you have come from, which flight or train number you came on, what other cities you have visited, person you are visiting and their phone number etc etc. It is an invasion of privacy, none of their business and I was not asked all this at other hotels. It was really annoying

The breakfast was fantastic at the executive lounge. We had a great lunch at the horizon reataurant. The staff were really great. They actually picked tasty ice cream for us.

The dental kit should be more executive please. Also have more english speaking staff at all the shifts.

the smell! something needs to be done about the smell in the lobby.
