Location and shower

The building was doing some renovation but nothing to worry about , everything is clean and quite even with the renovation of the building

I liked the location a lot. It was easy to reach places from there and you can walk to av. Paulista. The owner was very responsive and nice.

The floor in the apartment was a bit dirty, I guess it was because of the construction in a building in front of the apartment.

The location was really good, just a couple of blocks from Paulista. The staff was good and they guided me well in all the questions I had. There are plenty of restaurants surrounding the place

The place is a little bit tight but very functional. The bathroom was also small and looks old, but it was clean and functional, we had no problems at all
