Die Lage im Zentrum war gut. Das Hotel ist im alten Stil schön eingerichtet. Reception war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Infos über Zugang mit Lift, Gebrauch des Nachtzugangs und Rückgabe der Engadin-Card wurden nicht gegeben. Für letztere erst bei Nachfrage.

"Nettes Personal, angenehme Atmosphäre. Die renovierten zimmer sind sehr schön."

Sehr schönes alt-ehrwürdiges Hotel, geschmackvoll eingerichtete allgemeine Räume

Das noch nicht renovierte Zimmer - schmutziger Teppich, schlechte Matratze. Die dritte nachträglich gebuchte Nacht teurer. Schlussendlich hat die Nacht 200 CHF gekostet und das mit WC und Dusche ausserhalb des Zimmers!!!

Essen war hervorragend

Zimmer war laut, da aussen eine Klimaanlage lief. Mit offenem Fenster war es unangenehm.
