The location, the bed and the friendliness of the staff

The absence of air conditioning. The half-opening window was enough to cool down the room, but it was noisy outside on the particular night I was there because of the local festivities.

Very friendly and pleasant staff. Comfortable apartment. Excellent location. Good breakfast. For those who complained about non-english-speaking staff: if you WANT to understand the person, you WILL understand him/her independently of native languages of both.
