I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, nicely furnished, and maintained a quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The breakfast was decent, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were exceptionally nice and accommodating, always attentive to ensure a pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently situated near Przno, just a short 3-minute walk from the beach. Additionally, the room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

Title: Disappointing Experience at the Hotel I recently had the opportunity to stay at the hotel, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of my expectations. There were several issues that significantly impacted my stay, starting with the lack of hot water in the shower for two consecutive days. This inconvenience made it difficult for me to enjoy a refreshing and comfortable shower, which is an essential aspect of any hotel stay. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the breakfast options provided. The selection of food was poor, leaving much to be desired. It is disheartening when the most important meal of the day fails to meet expectations, and I felt limited in my choices and dissatisfied with the overall quality of the offerings. Another issue that marred my experience was the parking situation. Despite having paid for parking, I encountered difficulties accessing the garage. I was required to ring for assistance every time I wanted to enter, which not only caused inconvenience but also raised concerns about the efficiency of the hotel's parking system. It would have been much more convenient and seamless if I had been provided with a more reliable and hassle-free access method. Although there were undoubtedly aspects of my stay that were disappointing, it is important to note that the staff members were generally polite and helpful in their interactions. However, their efforts were overshadowed by the aforementioned issues that significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and takes steps to address them promptly. As a guest, it is disheartening to encounter such issues, especially when one has expectations of a pleasant and comfortable stay. I sincerely hope that future guests have a more positive experience and that the necessary improvements are made to enhance the overall quality of service at the hotel.

Отличное месторасположение. До набережной минут 5-7 пешком. Из нашего номера открывался отличный вид на море. Нет проблем с парковкой. Приятный персонал. Просторный номер и ванная комната.

1. В здании не работал лифт, поэтому все чемоданы пришлось заносить по лестнице 2. В конце сентября постояльцев было очень мало, видимо поэтому в 11 вечера уже не было горячей воды. Мыться прохладной водой было очень неприятно. 3. С 23 до 7 утра в отеле нет представителей, поэтому все вопросы надо решать заранее 4. В номере нет ни чайника, ни посуды, ни чая, ни воды в бутылках. Все надо просить на ресепшен. 5. На второй день нашего пребывания в городе прошел дождь, поэтому в отеле на некоторое время выключили воду. Тк мы отдыхали в конце сезона, то завтраки уже не были особо разнообразными.
