we had some problems with the room and the staff was very friendly

really liked the hotel personnel, they were friendly and helpful. Check-in was much earlier than it was planned. And the sea view was beautiful

the cleanliness could be improved: the carpet needs a deep clean and I found lipstick on a cup. The hotel is located by the road, so if you like sleeping with the window open, you’ll hear cars passing all night

Camera a fost destul de mare.

Plaja care se afla la 8 min de hotel, mentionata in descriere, este, in fapt,o plaja privata la care platesti 40-50 euro umbrela si 2 șezlonguri. Plaja publica este destul de departe de mers pe jos..

Honestly, nothing. The entire experience was a disaster.

Absolutely disgraceful. Worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. Receptionists were miserable and unhelpful. Housekeepers didn’t speak English, ignored our requests, and entered the room without knocking — a complete violation of privacy. The room was infested with ants — in the bathroom, on the floor, and inside the bed. When we complained, they blamed us and said we must have eaten in bed (we didn’t). They told us sheets are changed every 4 days, and didn’t care about the infestation. In 9 days, no one cleaned the dust. The fridge smelled awful. Even water was charged. Breakfast was cold, tasteless, and had almost no options. Parking was a complete scam: we paid €90 for a garage that was closed at 1 AM with no prior warning. When we asked, they said “it closes at 12,” but we had entered after midnight before — no one told us this rule. We asked for a double bed, got two singles pushed together — we kept falling in the gap. Overall: overpriced, dirty, disrespectful service, and completely unacceptable.

Personal sehr freundlich frühstück war sehr gut das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen hat schon seine Macken die Lage sehr gut zu Fuß zu Sveti Stefan ist eine kleine Adria-Insel in der Nähe 20 Minuten vom Hotel schöne Badebucht und für Instagram Fotos in den Bucht

Minden nagyon super volt! A kilátás, az ár a strand közelsége a kényelem, és a recepciós hölgy is roppant kedves és segítőkész !!
