Sehr nettes Hotel direkt am See gelegen. Zimmer sauber und gute Betten. Gutes Frühstück in Buffettform, Räder können unter einem Dach abgestellt werden.

"Baignade à Steckborn"

L'emplacement,, le professionnalisme du personnel et les prestations. La chambre impeccable avec son balcon face au lac, L'entretien des espaces verts autour de l'hôtel...le petit déjeuner bien sûr et surtout le respect qu'ont les gens pour conserver ce lieu calme et tranquille. Et pour finir la baignade possible à proximité immédiate de l'hotel. Nous reviendrons.

frühstück sehr gut Die Lage guet Das Zimmer war schlecht Betten durch Drehung im Bett lärmt es Vorhänge kaput unter dem Bett und boden Staub Fenstertüre klemmt

"We felt very tired and exhausted after staying at your hotel."

The location is lovely.

It was very warm during our stay. The hotel should invest into air conditioning. We changed the room but unfortunately still didn’t get a north facing room. Staff clearly didn’t want to engage with our inability to sleep. Also the hotel should update the rooms. Everything feels a bit worn. We would not recommend the hotel.
