Room was ok/spacious and not cluttered. Window provided ample light and ventilation.

1. Toilet/ bathroom was too small with somewhat makeshift shower. 2. I had asked for early check-in which was denied - which is fair. But I was told to come back by 2 ie the official time. The manager despite his best efforts could not get the room ready by 2 and handed me keys only by 3 pm. I sympathise with manager who told me that he was short on cleaning staff but again this is not my problem. 3. The breakfast is available only between 9-11 am and not the usual 6/7 am onwards. I had to check out early and did not get to have breakfast despite paying for that.

The AC ddnt work well but all in all it was good and the staff are approachable

Right in city centre so everything is close by like restaurants, tourist attractions, atm machines, Dry Bridge flea market, shopping, etc

Everything was good except lightning in room was very dim and could be made better.
