The staff was very kind. The room was clean.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room which is caused by the previous guests. The staff opened the window before our check-in but, it didn’t work at all.

No lift so it was a task to carry suitcases to the 3rd floor

It's a wonderful place. excellent, hospitable, customer-oriented staff. bright and kind people. the breakfasts are delicious and varied. the views are amazing. The very heart of old Tbilisi. Thank you very much!

Location is perfect, breakfast was homely and delicious. Neat and clean rooms, well maintained.

The room and toilet were spacious. And the toilet had a bidet. These are pretty much the only good things about this hotel.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the hotel is located at a very steep slope (they should mention this in the description!). There are no elevators. The AC remote was not working so we couldn't change the room temperature! The bed was not comfortable. You could feel the spring in the mattress. There were no chairs and table in the room. They didn't even have a coffee maker! The worst part is, they don't even give you any complimentary water! I mean, that's the bare minimum that any hotel can do. On our last day before checkout.... there was no water in the toilet! Oh, and the breakfast was very poor. No good views from the room or even the terrace. Overall i was not satisfied and won't recommend this hotel specially for families. But i guess you get what you pay for.
