Ganimede Hotel

We thought the breakfast was very good with a wide selection of breakfast items , cereal , eggs , bacon , pastries, fruit , yogurt , fruit juice etc

I suppose if I had a little moan it would be the fact that the hot tub was out of order but for what we paid , we couldn’t grumble !!

Clean and comfortable room. Staff were lovely. Pool area with sunbeds was nice. Complementary breakfast and dinner was great.

Hotel is located about 5 blocks from the beach. There is a bar and food area at the beach with loungers and umbrella to rent. Nice beach that you can walk far out with sandy bottom and clean, clear water. Nice breakfast but did not have the evening dinner but heard that was nice. Had a very nice time in Sperlonga.

I missed the pizza at the beach, sorry for that.

We liked our room with balcony -Swimming pool (didn’t try as it was still on a colder side in the early June) - View on the top floor to the surrounding mountains, especially great at sunset - Nice breakfast, all traditional sweet ( croissants, bakery goods, breads, fruits,jams) and savor ( cold cuts and cheeses) breakfast things, and also scramble eggs and bacon - Especially loved dinners. Stayed for dinner both evenings. The Chef is great, we got pre-set 4 course meals. Great seafood and fish courses, freshness and taste was impeccable. One of the best seafood dishes we ever indulged in.

Not really a dislike, but to keep in mind that the beach is a little further and you need to walk there. The beach is pleasant, the same as walking there. The do have a shuttle to the beach, but we didn’t use it.

The photos on this application are true to life. Although we did not stay for dinner, I would definitely believe previous reviewers claims. Their menu looked fabulous. This hotel gives the feel of exclusivity, away from the activities of the lungomare, but close enough that one can join in with just an easy 4 block stroll. In the summer, this place may have cost 4 times more. We were fortunate to have found it!
