Great Stay with a Kind Family I really enjoyed my stay. The family was kind, respectful, and very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay again. Highly recommended!

Hostess woke up at 4am to help me check in and was very kind. Genorous check-out time.

Didn't provide soap. Towels a little thin. But this appears standard for Georgia.

Room was fine. The rooms are kind of nicely done. Not flash, but ok. Breakfast was good by hotel standards, omelettes, instant coffee. After I had checked out they let me work on my laptop in the main eating room, which is a good place to work (for all you digital nomads). Very friendly staff. No problems with anything.

I cannot complain: They did not say that they offered a kitchen or kitchenette, so I must have overlooked it, and it turned out to be no problem. The wifi/internet in one room didn't work, really, so they offered me another room, which was great. All good then.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sanata during our trip from April 17 to 19! This visit was especially meaningful to us because we stayed here 10 years ago, and now, returning after a decade, we were welcomed like family. Our room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, with everything we needed — air conditioning, a kettle, and toiletries. The hotel’s location was very convenient: the nearest metro station is just a 10-minute walk away, though we mostly used taxis, which made getting to the city center quick and easy. The atmosphere at the hotel was genuinely warm and welcoming. What truly made our stay special was the staff — everyone was kind, helpful, and attentive. From check-in to check-out, they were always ready to help: suggesting places to eat, calling a taxi, or recommending local sights. Breakfast was included, which was really convenient — a quick and easy way to start the day before heading out. We truly appreciated the care, friendliness, and professionalism of the staff. We’ll definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Sanata to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay!

- I stayed in a lot of guest houses in Sakartvelo, even in a cheaper ones and can admit -- this accomodation has the poorest breakfast and condition itself. - The hotel's condition requires renovation. - The water pressure is weak. - Trimmed nails and hair under the sink. - A double bed is essentially two single beds with foam rubber between them. - Smeels bad in a room. Get me right -- I understand that the price is low, but in comparison to other guest houses, this one is overpriced a lot. Important: in the photo the bed is not made, the photo was taken during check-out, when I checked in everything was made neatly.
