Toilet didn't function properly and there was no breakfast.

The staff is unprofessional. Have arrived at 11-30pm. The receptionist said our reservation was cancelled. I spent half an hour with my 2 tired kids before I finally proved that I am not that person who cancelled the reservation. I literally put my finger on her monitor. That was an absurd situation. Worst experience in my life

The design

The kettle was a bit loud

In the old town, super close to Median square and other attractions. Comfortarbe bed, AC.

Too loud, very close to the night club so you will hear the music all night. The room is also very bright in the night, no way to cut off the lights, so you have to consider those if you have light sleep
