Ca Montiglio

Lovely rural location with stunning views although a very steep unmade up track to get there. Excellent breakfast. Some distance to find dinner. We found Osteria San Maurizio in Ivea which was superb. The owner/chef worked for big names in London for 23 years. He and his wife were charming and the food exceptional. Would highly recommend.

Our room could have done with air con. A fan was not sufficient. Unfortunately the swimming pool was green but I did still swim. Needed treating.

The location was fine, pretty the stream outside the window and the view all nice. The breakfast for non vegans was excellent but for me as a vegan rather disappointing.

There was no one there to greet us, just a number to call to get in I did not see anyone apart from the woman serving breakfasts. The thing I really did not like was there was no coffee machine in the room or in the communal areas!!!!!! this was not nice and made it feel less welcoming.

Lovely small-scale, perfect relaxing getaway. Nice to visit Ivrea.

It is an astounding place. Really beautiful, quiet, amazing view, clean, delicious breakfast (best croissant I have ever eaten I think), clean and nice pool.

Owner was amazing, very welcoming and did a fantastic breakfast with lots of options
