A very warm and neatly decorated place, the restaurant as well as the rooms. With such friendly staff and outstanding service, you definitely want to stay here. Little did we know about the restaurant: what a surprise and pearl to have diner. We loved it.

Don’t pack heavy, you’ll park your car a bit further away.

Great location and very friendly and kind staff. Charming building. (We ate dinner at the hotel, which has a Michelin star. It was very good. I think more effort is going into the restaurant than into the hotel facilities. There is an imbalance between the two of them.)

Mainly one big factor and that was the A/C which did not cool. It also leaked water into the room and was so loud when it was running. Also, the room needs an update with more comfortable furniture and updated bathroom to include a shower. For the price of the room, this was not a good value. This should have cost less than 100 Euros for the amenities and quality and comfort of the stay.

The room was nice. Staff were very friendly. It’s in the middle of a very unique and beautiful village.

Breakfast was nice but a bit basic. Not much of a selection. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was it’s restaurant. However, nowhere did it mention that it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Which means it was closed during our stay and we couldn’t use it… disappointing :(

Everything was great!

Bellissimo appartamento, spazioso e pulito. Colazione molto buona, ricca e di qualità. Posizione ottima per visitare i laghi di Bled e Bohinj. Consigliatissimo!

We loved the decor of this place like an alpine mountain lodge. We stayed in a suite with two older kids (10 &13) so there was a good amount of space (double bed, sofa bed and two bathrooms!) The old town is super cute so the location is top!

- We booked the suite as the booking.com description said one double bed in bedroom, one sofa bed and one single bed in living room. But in reality there were not separate rooms just all in one room and only a sofa bed made up. I raised this with staff member and he located a rollaway bed under main bed and handed me sheets to make up the single bed which I was quite surprised about. But all sorted so all good. The only other small thing was breakfast which was lovely ingredients, wasn’t replenished very much (I’m sure if I asked for something that had run out the owner lady would have found it but it didn’t feel generous. However there was quite an issue with flies inside the hotel dining area so perhaps that’s why. We still enjoyed everything and I’d recommend the place.
