Hello. I had recommended your hotel to my friend, and she is currently staying there. As soon as she arrived at the hotel, she called me and informed me that their room was located on the second floor, but there was a very strong unpleasant smell coming from the room. It was impossible to stay in the room because of the odor. She approached the reception desk and requested a room change, but she was told that there were no available rooms in the hotel. However, I contacted the hotel myself because my guest was uncomfortable, and I could see in the system that there were vacant rooms available. I kindly asked you to ensure my guest's comfort. One thing that I experienced during my stay and I did not like at all. I asked to extend the stay for one more night, however after I paid I asked the receptionist for room housekeeping (which is something that they should do without ask) anyway I have gone outside and after long hours i came and I found the room in the same condition I left. I went down to the reception and i found a new receptionist which clearly he was not professional or he was not authorised to change the room at least. All what he said can I send you some towels? Which we do not use their towels. He was supposed immediately ask if I need to change the room to another one that is clean, but unfortunately he did not. Of course i will not come again here and I wish they do some good work in their future. تجربة سيئة الحقيقه: جددت ليوم جديد وطلبتهم تنظيف الغرفه قبل اطلع على الرغم انه شي بديهي بدون ما اطلب. على كل حال رجعت ولقيت الغرفه نفس ماهي وتكلمت مع موظف الاستقبال وماكان تصرفه صحيح كل الي قاله انه يجيب لنا مناشف حمام الي من الاساس مانستعملها. على كل حال تجربه لن تتكرر.
