Bed was super comfy, room was reasonably spacious, bathroom was also spacious and modern, and the kitchenette had all that we needed. Despite my concerns about digital access only, there was no problem - as long as you have a phone with cellular, the access goes very smoothly.

Firstly, the place was not clean - the side tables were sticky and unwiped, and the toilet cleaning left much to be desired. The toilet roll had clearly been wet, but had just been put back on the roll holder as is. The shower leaked all over the floor, and there were no face cloths or towel rails. These are all things that could be easily fixed, but the lack of staff on site made it more difficult to be dealt with at the time. We knew the location wasn't great when we booked as far as being close to facilities was concerned, but we were surprised by the total lack of anywhere nearby to eat, so you had to get in the car to find even takeaways.

The rooms were clean and exactly as described.

The check in and check out and unlocking the doors was a bit too complicated
