Beim digitalen Check In wird nach den Personen gefragt. Kinder können nicht angegeben werden nur ab 18 Jahren. Da Booking auch Kinder weiter gibt war mehrfache Rücksprache notwendig damit wir den Check In abschließen konnten. Trotz auch des direkten Kontakts durch den klar war, dass wir mit Kind reisen war nicht mal ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen oder eine Decke vorhanden. Möglichkeiten zur kurzfristigen Beschwerde sind nicht gegeben. Nur "Notfallnummern" bei denen explizit betont wird dass sie nur im "Notfall" genutzt werden sollen. War daher eine sehr ungemütliche Nacht.
