The location is beautiful and impeccably clean. It features a spacious balcony with a spectacular view that makes the whole experience special. Highly recommended!

There is no reception, and the property is quite difficult to find. I actually ended up in a different hotel by mistake, where the staff luckily pointed me in the right direction. Getting to the building is also a challenge. You either have to climb a huge number of stairs or walk up a very steep slope. If you are traveling with heavy luggage, this is an extreme inconvenience. It’s something to keep in mind before booking if you have mobility issues or lots of bags.

"Strongly recommend to stay here when in Tbilisi"

Location is near bus stop, including to and from airport. Friendly owners and the 2 ladies that prepared our breakfast which is a real good buffet. Nice views from terrace. Room is clean with good WiFi. Toilet is clean with good hot water.
