Very clean room, great location and the greatest host. Everything was lovely!

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. It was located close to a bus stop and metro stop making it easy to get to the old town and other parts of town from there.

It’s super cozy and clean

First of all Giorgio (George) was very attentive when I contacted him, showing up within minutes of any inquiry. Nata cleaned and reordered my room 2times during my week stay. These folks were really great. What I like in any booking is: great air conditioning (yes), great water pressure in the shower (yes), quick response if I have any needs (as I’ve said, yes). There was a little fridge which was handy and a working kitchenette, which I like to have in order to prep at least breakfast. It was close to a wonderful restaurant (something “Sio” on the corner [down a few steps below the sidewalk] past the police station - opens at 2 or 3 pm). And Teatron is a few hundred paces to the main thoroughfare. Watch out for mosquitoes in general in Tbilisi in summer - vicious.

Cats. Others love them, I know, but I’m not a fan. You shouldn’t miss the architecture of this fine place, balconies and a courtyard.

The host was very friendly. Place is very central. The room was nice and small kitchen in common area is very useful.

Location, close to everything, room is clean and cosy, bed is comfortable, hot water is always available in a clean shower room, no noise, great hosts, always happy to help.

Room was clean and owner gave a nice welcoming!
