La posizione in un quartiere molto carino. La stanza moderna . Letto comodissimo Panorama dal terrazzo dove si fa colazione su tutta Tbilisi Mi è piaciuto molto l’albergo!

The room was very large and the window/view was beautiful. The hotel has potential and, with some renovation and better management of the spaces, it could really match the price it charges.

The staff often seemed cold and unwelcoming. We were called in our room on the first day to pay immediately even though we were staying two nights, and we were also treated rudely for entering the breakfast area just 3 minutes before opening. There was no housekeeping at all between nights. The windows were very dirty, and although the room and bathroom were huge, the spaces were not managed well and lacked practical furniture or surfaces. The hotel also lacks a comfortable common area to sit, work, or relax, and the sound insulation at night is poor. Overall, the hotel feels outdated and could really benefit from a refresh and a more welcoming attitude from the staff.

Mir hat die Lage gefallen. Das Zimmer war ziemlich groß und man hatte einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Stadt. Vieles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Etwas nervig war nur, manchmal die Straße zu überqueren, weil dort ständig Autos fahren. Aber im oberen Stockwerk war das schon okay. Das Frühstück war okay – nicht überragend, aber völlig in Ordnung. Und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es kam ein bisschen Kälte herein, da die Balkontür nicht richtig schließen konnte. Ich würde das Hotel trotzdem empfehlen. Wir sind zufrieden.
