"Karig en niet schoon."

De locatie omdat je dicht bij het centrum zit.

De kosten en het algehele sfeerbeeld. Bij aankomst was het ontvangst al matig en niet sociaal betrokken. Puur sleutel geven en succes er mee. De kamer was compleet sfeerloos en de badkamer was niet schoon. De douche cabine heeft veel zeep resten tussen de voegen en er zit ook schimmel in de hoeken. Het koffie machinetje deed het niet. Bij aankomst gevraagd of er ontbijt was. Hadden ze niet en ze kwamen ook niet met suggesties. Al met al veel te duur voor wat je er voor krijgt.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und uns wurde ein noch zentraleres Zimmer gegeben, einfach weil es noch verfügbar war! Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist praktisch direkt in der Altstadt

Die Location in der Kettengasse ist super zentral und die Suite wurde erst vor kurzem komplett saniert. Das Badezimmer ist sehr ansprechend. Aber, es hörte sich so an, als ob im Haus selbst oben oder in den Nachbarhäusern nachts eine Party gefeiert wurde. Das hat aber weniger mit dem Hotel zu tun als mit dem Fakt, dass Heidelberg eine Unistadt ist. Wenn man Stille zum schlafen braucht, sollte man vielleicht Ohrstöpsel dabei haben!

Excellent room, very big perfect for family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Excellent location close to everything. Heidelburg was fantasic the fortress and Christmas markets top notch. Awesome parking!

Not a normal hotel, no complaint though really great place and fantasic value
