Easy to reach from Avlabari metro station and multiple grocery shopping and sightseeing apportunities nearby. The rooms were perfectly clean, sheets were fresh and smelled nicely. Bathroom was impeccable, every surface was nearly cleaned. Rooms are very quiet and soundproof.

The double room was too small for my personal taste (15m2), bed occupied 90% of the room. Bed was squeaky but otherwise comfortable.

The location is right at the center of old town.

We had an incidence. When i was about to take a shower there was a towel stuck on the shower door track. I tried to remove the towel from the track so the shower door closes. Unfortunately, the glass door broke and turn into pieces while I was there still inside. Luckily, I didn’t die, lost sight or had a serious injury. But, I still had so many cuts on my left hand, somewhere on my leg etc… I cleaned all my blood and walked out of the shower space where the entire shower door was turned into pieces( will attach a photo for sure). We contacted the owners, sadly as soon they came even though they saw me with a bandaid and blood on the floor- not even a single word has been exchanged to ask if am safe and fine( such an inhumane of them)! Long story short, I was told it’s my fault their cheap glass door broke and I am hurt and I had to pay for the broken glass. I ofc refused to such nonsense. They suggested to call for a Police, oh I was so happy to have a police intervention and told them pls go ahead call one that’s much appreciated. Finally, the owners son who is great at communicating and understanding came by and suggested we pay half. I knew it was still very wrong of them to charge us over this while I was actually the one who almost died but since it was a new year season didn’t want to start a blank 365 days with arguments and court etc stuff so we ended up paying them 100 usd- yup crazy!! I am a diplomat, I travel a lot both for vacation and work, I never had such a sad experience. B aware of such practices in this hotel pls.

The location is awesome for walking to several sites and restaurants. The hotel is easy to find. The staff was attentive and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The shower was plenty warm.

The room was a bit small for backpackers. Bags will fit on the side of the bed, but there was not much space to spread out our gear.

Room was clean. host was very cooperative provided tea with milk and coffee and charger upon asking. Had lcd inside room with internet connection.

there was no tissue inside room. Just had tissue in washroom. Hotel was 10 min walk from metro station. balcony view was not that great.

Very responsive stuff. All problems solved right away if appear.

We were a little bit overwhelmed by not necessary furnitures. Balcone quite small and shared (separated by steel grating) with neighbours which were smokers (I booked non-smoking room).
