Neemrana's Glasshouse on the Ganges

Beautiful property overlooking the Ganges. Surrounded by lush green forests. Lots of birds. Very friendly and cooperative staff.

Not meant for elders or those with bad knees..lots of rocky steps going up and down which can't be avoided. No ramps or lifts available.

Can have a better spa and some more activities

Its a wonderful property for those looking for peace and tranquility and excellent service. Food is amazing and the staff if very professional and curious. Love the place and had a wonderful time with family. Note it requires you to walk up and down steps and if you want to go to the river it requires fitness as its a jungle trail down the mountain. We loved it.

The staff was attentive and courteous, without being intrusive in any way. Overall, the ambience, the location, were all nearly perfect. The food too was very yummy-on both days!

They could arrange for some activities, in the hotel or outside. Maybe a nature trail outside in some area where a guide could tell the guests about fauna, flora , birds of that region. Or a water rafting, in calmer waters , arranged by the hotel

Staff n service was very good

Upkeep of restaurant was poor. The decor was tacky n amateurish - not the class we’d expected of Neemrana. Food n beverage was average in terms of presentation n taste. We had dinner & breakfast bec it was part of our package else would hv skipped it !

The peace and ganges

Mr. Sandeep at the front desk, who never got back to us no matter whatever help we needed with spa or other stuff despite the fact that there were exactly 5 rooms occupied in the entire property.

Value for Money , parking is not adequate it is on main road looks not safe , you feel contained to room

Staff was really polite and proactive. Rooms was clean and location was really great.

1. Nothing much to do in the resort . No pool and no activities inside the resort 2. Quite an expensive property and other than the beach access they have nothing much to offer 3. In house dining rates are 5-10% less than that of roseate and Taj. Other similar hotels of this category such as Summit has quite less rates 4. Way to the beach is a big hassle unlike other hotels near that location where there are stairs till the midway 5. Disappointing breakfast. For a vegetarian there are very limited options
