The manager was courteous

The service was extremely poor, basic hygiene was lacking in the rooms. The bed backrest was dusty, the curtains had stains and the bathroom was stinking. The first morning The breakfast was not ready on time(as specified by them) despite telling the staff multiple times to have it ready by 8:30. The restaurant was unclean from the night before. We went without breakfast despite having paid for it. Even a basic thing like milk was not given for the child. The attitude of the service staff was extremely poor like they just didn't care. Liquid soap dispenser in the room was empty for 2 days despite multiple requests to fill it. The rooms were literally suffocating, No fresh air and guests were smoking in the corridors making the air unbreathable. The manager was courteous but that doesn't compensate for the poorest service I have ever seen. This hotel is at best good for students, kids who want something better than a hostel. It certainly is not suitable for families with old people and children. Absolutely not worth the money spent on it.

The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Well cleaned and furnished. The view from terrace is beautiful and one can relax with music. The swimming pool is good for children. The food is well cooked fresh and tasty. Had a lovely stay.

Approach road to the place is poor.

It was a pleasant stay at Vyom boutique hotel at Rishekesh. The 360* view from Pool and coffee at Turk cafe was amazing seriously coffee was superb. Breakfast was amazing with lot of options. Food at Saffron Restaurant was awesome very spacious and Food Quality and Quantity Chef Pankaj gives his best what all we need. Important thing Room, very clean, Spacious with Holy River Ganga View and Mountains. Lobby was clean and spacious with nice fragrance that makes us fresh. Staff was very cooperative and always Smile on Face. The step you enter till the step out we feel like King.
