I had a flight to catch up at 3 am in the morning and even after telling about this to the staff they locked me down in the hotel premises and the gates where locked and no one was present at the premises to assist. Awful experience.

They literally locked me up in their premises no way to leave to catch my flight

"No stay. Hotel told me at check in desk that my booking was cancelled."

A minimum expectation was the property would intimate me or booking.com that my confirmed booking was cancelled. Location very shady, above something like a dark kitchen and 2 floors of a bar. No parking.
