Raňajky boli veľmi zlé

Poloha hotelu je velice dobrá. Hotel je umístěn přímo v ulici, kde je řada vinných sklepů, kam můžete večer zajít. Hotel má i svůj vinný sklep, kde probíhají ochutnávky a posezení u vína s cimbálovou muzikou. Nabídka vína však není nijak vysoká co se týká chuti i možnosti výběru. Například u červeného vína je na výběr pouze jeden druh, který nebyl "žádný zázrak". Cimbálovka však byla perfektní.

Snídaně v hotelu jsou na velmi nízké úrovni. K snídani nejsou ani vajíčka, což si myslím že je standardní nabídka u většiny hotelu i penzionů. Káva je hrozná, nabídka čajů je také velmi malá

After we managed to get in, everything was perfect. However, they didn’t really speak English, so they didn’t quite understand the problem we had with accessing the accommodation. (There were no room key in the special box...)

We arrived at the accommodation a few minutes before 8 PM, following the instructions provided for the self check-in. We looked for our key card in the lock box, however it was not there. I tried calling the provided phone number approximately 10 times and also sent messages, but unfortunately no one answered and we received no response at all. Because of this situation, we had to sit in the car in the cold while I was already looking for alternative accommodation and even started a new booking in Brno, as we had no idea how we would access our room. After almost one hour of trying to solve the situation, my 86-year-old grandfather, who was waiting in front of the hotel, started speaking in Hungarian with a Czech family nearby. When I joined the conversation and spoke with them in English, it turned out that they had our room key card. This situation caused us significant inconvenience and stress. If you are using a single lock box for multiple guests, it would be highly advisable to clearly inform guests that there may be several key cards inside. I would also like to emphasize that we made a serious effort to arrive before 8 PM (reception closing time) precisely to avoid any issues like this. This whole situation could have been easily avoided if someone had simply answered the phone. Unfortunately, this experience left us with a very negative first impression. We hope you will review and improve your check-in process so that future guests do not experience the same problem.
