Staff was efficient, friendly and willing to help. They offer continental and Bangladeshy types breakfast.

Because there is no sign for the presence of a hotel, I made a photo of the building. Staff can be reached by telphone, but it took me a while to figure out where they are when I preferred to meet them in person.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant. The position is a bit far from the city centre and you need to take a tuk tuk.

I boarded Jatra Flagship Rajshahi as soon as I arrived in Bangladesh. From the very beginning where I was with Mr. Asad he informed me about everything and I liked it very much. Their room and environment was very pleasant, I usually like this kind of environment, their service is commendable. . Later I shared my plan with Asad about Sylhet, he told me there is Jatra Flagship in Sylhet too. Then I booked then. Loved their room decoration everywhere and Asad informed me about Asha's fare to different places in Rajshahi.

Staff were great, especially Monir. He handled everything with professional attitude but in a friendly manner.
