Proper cappuccino for breakfast upon request, friendly staff, good wellness area, including pool and sauna.

Very poor internet connection in the room, understaffed and long waiting times at restaurant, unavailability of hot water poorly communicated (discounted upon request); overall value for money inappropriate.

As the room had no AC or fans and it was quite hot outside in the day it was uncomfortable in the room.
