Facilité de le repérer, le trouver...Pour la chambre et l'Hôtel, des clés sont mis à disposition, donc très pratique... Pas de pt déjeuner, cela m'a surpris; en général, c'est "avec"; peut-être ai-je mal lu sur internet... Samedi soir: un peu bruyant dans la rue passante :) Serviabilité et flexibilité du personnel.

Être informé que le pt déj. n'est pas compris dans le prix.

Close to main city centre and train station. 5 min walk to train station

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass kein Aufzug vorhanden ist, was besonders für Familien oder mit schwerem Gepäck etwas umständlich ist. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt gut, aber ein Aufzug würde die Erfahrung deutlich verbessern.

sehr netter Service am Empfang bzw. der Hotelbar. Hab mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Da ich etwas viel Gepäck hatte, war der Aufstieg in den obersten Stock etwas eng und mühsam. Musste mehrmals laufen.

Freundlichkeit des Personals Ausstattung des Zimmers. Ich habe weniger erwartet bei diesem guten Preis.

Qualität der Matratze. Zu weich, sollte härter sein.
