Nam A Hotel

The beds were comfy and the room was quite clean in general.

This room has absolutely no view at all. The window and the door to the balcony are closely shut because it is right next to the exit stair. As a result, there is no view because I cannot even open the window. This room even has an exit sign above the door. That is why it actually feels quite stuffed for a room with 2 double beds. I think that is why they only show one photo of the room from the angle at which you cannot see the damn window. The hotel does not give specific information about the room in the description. When I asked for another room, the receptionist kept blaming me for choosing a Superior room instead of a Deluxe one. However, the problem here is that the hotel is not completely honest about the room's description. I did thorough research before choosing and I chose the room based on the description and my preferences. However, there is no information about the fact that this room CANNOT open the window. So the room was quite a letdown. It was also unfortunate especially when the receptionist even talked like it was my fault for booking through this app instead of talking to them directly for suggestions.
