Smaragdi Studios and Rooms

Very close to the main square where all the restaurants are. The room was clean and everything was smooth :)

The apartment was large. The kitchen was well equipped. There were 2 large balconies. The wifi worked fine. The location was very close to the beach and thermal bath. The owner was very friendly.

The stairwell was very narrow and without a lift I had to carry my huge bag one flight of stairs.

After the stay, I paid the room price in cash, 2 months later they withdrew the same amount from my credit card, and I have been trying to get the money back for exactly 1 month. I sent about 5 emails, although I sent a private message to the owner's phone, unfortunately I could not get my money back.

The property is well located close to the beach and hot springs of Therma. The woman in charge was very kind and helpful, and everything was clean and organised. Also, the we were doing remote work and the wi-fi works well in the apartment and in the main room of the studio.

If you’re traveling with another couple just one of them would have privacy, wifi, and a comfy double bed. The other two single beds are quite uncomfortable for a long stay and also the doors are very noisy.
