Pink Palace Beach Resort

When we arrived our room was not clean (still towels, bed sheets and trash from people before) and we had to fight for another room. We didn’t feel taken seriously and they weren’t friendly to us.

Ogólny kultowy klimat tego hotelu. Czystość, balkon.

Bardzo niewygodne łóżka, ekstremalnie. Nieprzyjemna w dotyku pościel. Na balkonie plastikowe krzesła niebezpieczne - załamywały sie. Brak moskitiery i komary w pokoju.

All the staff were absolutely brilliant!! so so lovely made the best cocktails!

Avoid going when not popular as not much to do round the local area, ended up spending lots on taxis to corfu!

Un hotel dove ci si diverte sempre, c'è sempre un attrazione, si fa amicizia con tutti gli ospiti. È d'obbligo ringraziare la proprietaria signora Maddalena e tutta la sua famiglia per l'accoglienza, in questo hotel si mangia benissimo, ringrazio lo chef, il suo aiuto Gony e non posso dimenticare il fantastico barman californiano Nico, sempre sorridente e di altissima professionalità! El personal es amable.

Quizá es un hotel u hostal que no debería abrir en época primaveral, lo vimos más para la época de verano. Primeramente, el aire caliente NO funcionaba, ya nos comentaron al llegar a la habitación que si teníamos frío utilizasemos la sábana de la otra cama. Hacía muchísimo frío en la habitación, imposible dormir del frío, y mucha humedad dentro de la habitación. Al final pagas un dinero por quedarte en una habitación que no funciona el calefactor o aire acondicionado y caliente, sin previo aviso, no me parece normal, es algo que deberían notificar cuando reservas. No limpian la habitación. Las camas no las hacen, y las toallas nos las cambiaron únicamente el tercer día. Por otro lado, te ayudan moviéndote a la ciudad con su taxi particular pero dependes de unos horarios los cuales el primer día no cumplieron, ya que nos dijo el taxista que a las 18:00 nos recogía y tras llamar al hotel, nos recogió a las 18:50 y ni siquiera se disculpó por el retraso. Y me resultó extraño que del aeropuerto al hotel me cobrasen un precio y del hotel al aeropuerto, mismo trayecto, nos cobrasen más caro, no lo entendimos. La zona donde está ubicada el hotel en primavera tiene absolutamente todo cerrado y no podías comprar nada.

Η τουαλέτα ηταν βρώμικη φαινόταν πως δεν ειχε καθαριστεί επαρκώς απο τους προηγούμενους ενοίκους το πρωινό αρκετά φτωχό και με ελληψεις για τα λεφτα που το χρεώνεται.

• große Teile des Teams sind sehr sympathisch - nur für 1€ gibt es 1,5l gekühltes Wasser im Resort • Abendessen für 15€ als Buffet kann man mal ausprobieren • kurzer Weg zum Strand

• Wasser in Dusche läuft nicht richtig ab, es bleibt immer eine Pfütze • Zimmer zu kalt, Heizung funktioniert nicht • Türklinken defekt & hängen • Es existiert kein Gym, sollte man nicht Werbung machen • Zimmer extrem hellhörig, man hört alles egal ob neben sich oder unter sich • Generell alles sehr baufällig & die äußeren Bereiche sind sehr dreckig • Kommunikation an der Rezeption war fast unmöglich, da uns der Mitarbeiter keine Informationen über Aktivitäten im Resort mitgeteilt hat. Wir sollten alles online buchen, aber haben dadurch u.a. Kayak Touren verpasst. • die Atmosphäre war mehr wie in einem Hostel als in einem Resort/Hotel
