駅から近い。

トイレットペーパーがない。レセプションに言ったら「インドの伝統的方法を尊重しているので備え付けていない」との対応。外国人にはちょっときつい。 クーラーのない部屋(天井の扇風機はある)だったので熱気が部屋に篭り寝苦しかった。外のモーター音も煩かった。

No breakfast. Location is excellent, as the Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway Station and the KSRTC Bus Station are both within walking distance. The hotel is ideally situated, distance wise, to go for worshipping at Shri Padmanabhaswamy Kshetram, Pazhavangady Ganapathy Kshethram. Attukal Bhagavathy, Shrikanteshwaram, Shri Lakshmivarahamoorthy kshethrams are a short ride away, [the auto rickshaws charge reasonable rates].

1. The knob of the ceiling fan regulator was not functional. 2. The toiletries provided are in miniscule bottles and is difficult to extract.

While charging a big amount compaed to othe hotels....Lack of room service is the main negative pont.. Bathroom was very small and conjusted.No enough space for bathing...First time I am seeing This much small bathroom in a premium hotel.Staff not bad. But when a guest comes one staff must accompany and introducethe faclitiessuch as how to operate tv ac Kettle etc.Here I had to contact reception many times.Kettle was not working in the area whete it was put. Restaurant was too costly. Rs35 for a tea and 135 for masal dosaand 365 for vadavery high price

Bath room facilities require upgrades like hand wash, tissue roll etc. Bathing area is too small and while taking bath, water spills over entire area.
