cleanliness hassle free check in . gooc customer care . centralized booking system is outstanding .

room was little congested , one more chair / puff chair can be provide for double room , food menu and quality of meals satisfactory ,but if improve /upgrade it then it will be and excellent

"LOCATION GOOD BUT LOT MORE TO DO"

Renovation of property is in progress so linen was new and clean

Repair work noise, no lift, dirt created due to repair, a very unprofessional breakfast,, no payment receipt issued etc etc no reply to request for such late check in and gate closed for guest Atleast this information should be provided so that tired guest are not shocked.
