Service was good, ample car parking space, Good food, Rooms are good and looks luxury.

For the given price, the stay is not worth it. No hot water facility, the breakfast was delayed and not served as per the schedule. There were stains in mattress and towels provided.

Neat and well arranged. The room i stayed had huge noise from the kitchen chimney/exhaust which is on till about 11pm in the night. Not a soundproof room

Best hotel in that area. Previously I stayed in two nearby hotels, both were in very bad condition. Definitely I will stay here next time also

Location to Neyyatinkara

The room was passable and did have whatever it took to live for one night for my business trip. However, the air conditioning was switched off at night and I woke up sweating in the morning. They gave me a broken down room without any shower curtains and a broken down wash basin. The room was only passable. Then they swapped me to another room after enquiring. This was done and then they switched off the A/C. The entire lobby was heated up too since they didnt turn on the air conditioning. They told me everything was working just fine upon check-in yet they failed to uphold the standard of the property.
