The coffee was not ready in the morning I was told to make it I found that to be not professional.

Make sure the coffee is ready and someone at the desk in the morning there was no one around to help out.

They allocated me one room on the first floor. After I carried my luggage up, realized that the room was not cleaned and still had trash everywhere. After complaining, they allocated me another room.

Location was central. Restaurant in building if you wish to stay close.

I wish breakfast had a better protein option like hard boiled eggs. Air conditioner was too loud.

Bed are great. Restaurant is close and great food

Breakfast sucked. 3.25 lactose free milk terrible cereal selection. No muffins. Or cookies to go Coffee not ready. So we ended up with a small yogurt. We always stay there. Not anymore.

Our room was quiet. Location was good, nice and close to fast food joints and grocery store.

Upon arrival we had to wait about 10 mins to check in, while the only visible staff member had finished helping multiple customers in liquor store. Room needed a deep cleaning. The TV remote was disgustingly dirty. Also, the attached restaurant was not open.
