Konum ve temizliği güzeldi. Çalışan genç erkek resepsiyonist beyefendi ve yardımsever aynı zamanda güler yüzlüydü

Красив хотел в бароков стил. Хареса ни ,това ,че можеш да си изпиеш кафето в стаята :) Имаше заредена ,безплатно вода и кафе. Също така,много важно ,имаше игла и конец,на разположение в стаята,които други хотели не предлагат.Персонала беше винаги на разположение и любезното им отношение към нас ,за това ,че бяхме с домашен любимец ни кара да ги посетим и при следващото ни гостуване във Варна! Благодарим!

Ліжко двомісний- але матраци гойдалися! Краще повноцінний матрац на двох персон!

"סה״כ צוות מקסים, מלון יפה, אך דורש שיפור בחדר שירותים"

מיקום מצוין, צוות נהדר, מקום חנייה חינם, ארוחת בוקר טובה קיבלנו בחדר

חדר שירותים ומקלחון צפוף מדי, אין הפרדה בחלל בגלל זה מי מקלחת זרמו גם על אסלה ולא היה איך לייבש מים מהרצפה אחרי מקלחת, לא היה מגב, לא נוח

"Искусственные цветы убрать бы..."

Концепция отеля, персонал, веранда- балкон...

Плохо работал телевизор, пульт включает его только с одной точки в углу комнаты, надо стоять, чтобы переключить, не включаются прикроватные бра, громко работает холодильник...
