La amabilidad, cercanía y buena disposición del personal es increíble, son personas muy preocupadas de dar un excelente servicio.

Si bien el centro esta cerca, no es 100% caminable, debido a lo empinado de la ubicación en la que se encuentra. No es un problema en sí, pero sin vehículo, la subida es muy cansadora.

This is a lovely hotel with a great atmosphere. The breakfast was great. Our room was gorgeous; clean, spacious, bright - and with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden and with a view of Villarrica. Highly recommend staying here over staying somewhere in Pucon.

There was nothing we did not like. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect for us - close enough to the town of Villarrica to be able to enjoy the restaurants and the gorgeous lakefront.

Super Lage , ruhig mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet . Es hat sogar einen Pool und das Personal ist extrem freundlich und zuforkommend.
