Hotel Sonnenhügel

The food was okay (not great) but the dining area was chaos with kids running everywhere during the meals

The following: -Staff was rude and unhelpful - Rooms and facility very dated from the early 70’s - Wi-Fi worked off and on (mostly off) - Expensive for what you get - Made me get an extra room as they wouldn’t allow my child to stay in our room with 3 people…it’s a family hotel (doesn’t make sense) - Would never stay here or recommend to anyone

Not much…it was an old outdated facility with poor service and horrible internet.

Improve the rooms and service for starters.

The breakfast was a decent buffet and met our needs; location was great. Aside from these two points the rest was not good.

- The rooms are old and outdated - Hotel staff was rude as we didn’t speak German and were treated very differently - Rooms are hot and stuffy with no fans or A/C - Only single beds and couldn’t accommodate a third person (child) and made us pay for an additional room - Kids run wild everywhere…a bit like a scene out of Lord of the flies
