Located at the end of lane, so no noise. But still close to the beach, only few minutes walk. Not far from 7-11, can buy drinks / snack 24 hours. Free and spacious parking for cars.

Breakfast is boring, every day is the same: eggs, sausages, slice of tomato, bread, coffee. Often just skip and buy something yummy outside.

The noise from next door t.v. kept me awake all night ..thin walls can hear everything

Our stay was "out of season", but quite a good time to visit. The hotel exuded what we'd describe as a "family atmosphere", which meant our stay was very comfortable. Although there was little in the way of a common language, the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. The hotel is just a sort walk from the beach.

With only Thai script to help find, it came as a surprise to find local signage giving the name as "Wellington" - it might be helpful to add this name to the title.
