The hotel looks nice and the staff is friendly.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was hair in the bedsheets and crumbs on the floor. The hot water didn't work, and the shower drain was clogged, so the water accumulated very quickly in the shower. The breakfast selection was pretty small, and the food was mediocre. Felt more like a 3.5-star than a 5-star.

Just 10 min from the airport, very clean properties, fantastic food and drink Menue around the day and night… cheaper meals/drinks in walking distance shops, massage, scooter rentals and a seven11 outside the hotel. The road is under construction-low speed for everyone!!! Chooses the culture twice… Perfect stay!!!

Absolutely gorgeous property. The rooms are great, amazing view overlooking the sea. The pool and pool area were perfect, great for relaxing. Staff were all super friendly. Every night they would do a turndown service and provide your with some small Thai sweets which was such a cute attention to detail. Breakfast was great, good spread to choose from.

Tout était parfait, l’accueil, la chambre, la propreté, la piscine et le personnel. La chambre contient tout ce qu’il faut pour le sejour : sac de plage, sandales, parapluie etc. Merci à la manager d’avoir été à notre écoute et d’avoir répondu à nos demandes.

The friendly staff

Our room was not private at all, people on the dining terrace could see straight into our room & pool which made us very uncomfortable. We had to keep curtains closed which meant we lost the beach view so people couldn't watch us go about enjoying our room & pool. We only stayed for 2 nites instead of 5 due to lack of privacy & received a refund as they understood the lack of room privacy. If the dining terrace was not there we would of stayed & enjoyed the views & had privacy.

Goed ontbijt. Mooie setting bij het zwembad. Luxe om vanaf je bedje aan het zwembad een hapje of drankje te kunnen bestellen. Vriendelijk personeel. Onze kamer was absoluut in orde.

Net te ver van fisherman village of lamai af. Overal een taxi voor nodig waar ze in vergelijking met de rest van Thailand veel geld voor vragen. Op en neer fisherman village kost je al gauw 500 bath. Het hotel biedt wel een shuttle service aan tegen betaling, maar dat is alleen om 18:00 heen en 21:00 terug.
