Die Sauberkeit war sowohl in der Villa ( Haare von Vormietern als auch tote Insekten )als auch im Restaurant sehr schlecht. Überall Flecken, Spritzer und Reste von irgendwelchen Lebensmitteln.

Vriendelijk personeel met oog voor persoonlijke aandacht. Bij terugkomst op de kamer lag er telkens een kleine treat klaar. De kamers zien er zeer netjes en schoon uit, zijn ruim opgezet en hebben een mooi interieur. De locatie is ideaal, alle bezienswaardigheden liggen op ongeveer 15 minuten afstand. Het hotel regelde bovendien altijd een taxi wanneer we die nodig hadden. We kregen een VIP-busje tegen een nette prijs en alles was steeds keurig op tijd geregeld. Ook het strand is prettig: rustig en niet te druk, maar wel levendig genoeg.

Bij de poolbar waren vaak vier personeelsleden aanwezig, maar er werd weinig initiatief genomen om bestellingen op te nemen. Zelfs wanneer je al langere tijd zat, soms wel twintig minuten, kwam er niet vanzelf iemand langs. Dat maakte de service op dat punt wat traag en minder attent dan je zou verwachten, zeker in contrast met de uitstekende en persoonlijke service op de andere vlakken binnen het hotel.

Beautiful hotel, rooms & swimming pool. Also private beach. Nice lobby with free soft drinks& sweets & jym open 24/7. Breakfast is wonderful & the stuff are very helpful & kind.

- Staff are super friendly and helpful at all times. They go out of their way to ensure your having the best stay possible. All staff greet you warmly with a smile. - Room was so clean, spacious and tidy. Good AC. - Bed and Pillows are super comfortable. Best two nights sleep we have had in a long time. - All essential amenities provided in the room. - Bathroom so modern, great shower. - The food is absolutely delicious. We had breakfast and dinner here and we enjoyed it all. - The hotel has a decent gym for a short stay. - The pool area is very clean and well maintained. The beds are super comfortable and there is also loungers available on the beach. - The hotel went out of their way to make our stay extra special. We could not have chosen a better place to spend our birthdays. Special mentions to Aum, Ti and Ahmie!!! Please do yourself and book a stay here!

Staff are excellent - knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful Great shower, comfortable bed and lots of choice at breakfast

The beach club next door !! The mornings are peaceful but by lunchtime the banging tunes start next door - one afternoon after 4 hours of hardcore base I requested to move room - the staff called the club and requested the bass/music to be turned down - the club did and it much appreciated. Whilst I am more than happy to listen to dance tunes I am not happy when you feel the bass in your stomach whilst in the pool !

Les travaux devant l’hôtel

Absolument tout était parfait. Le personnel est très accueillant et bienveillant. L’emplacement est parfait facile de se déplacer avec des Grab et salon de massage tout le long de la rue. L’hôtel est très confortable, la vue est à couper le souffle depuis les chambres. Les cinq étoiles sont amplement méritées. Le petit déjeuner, compris dans notre séjour était impeccable, riche et variée pour tous les goûts. Je vous recommande vivement de booker cet hôtel, ce n’est pas le plus cher, mais clairement dans des meilleurs.

Rien à signaler un séjour au top
