The staff was incredible, so helpful and kind! Our room was great and right on the beach. The pool was very nice too. Very nice hotel! They accommodated our vegan breakfast request and were super helpful overall!

They are going through constructions in some areas of the hotel, so there were a lot of employees around the pool and beach areas which was a bit uncomfortable.

Fantastic staff, always friendly & welcoming. Amazing pool villa which I didn’t want to leave! Great breakfast

The room was clean, and the staff were nice

The hotel private beach is on harbor so the beach is unpleasant, so as the water of the pool there are only 8 seats available and they are always occupied so there is no place to sit. The room is small and exposed to all the guests at the pool and there is no privacy.

The room was nice, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The staff were very kind and friendly throughout the stay.

The view from the room was not very nice. I could see the sea, but the rest of the view looked more like an industrial area. Breakfast did not accommodate many vegan options, although if you are not vegan there were plenty of choices available.
