FOOD WAS VERY BAD

1)Was clean 2)Good room size 3) Good facilities given that it is in a non metro

1) Says "Free parking". But please note they have a meeting hall and if there is an event happening then their underground parking would be full and you will end up parking somewhere down the street. We had parked in the underground parking when we checked in. We went out sometime later and came back to find that the parking was full. We contacted reception. They said "The event will get over by 9.30 - 10pm n then the cars will leave and then you can park". We stayed awake and called the reception at about 9.45 to check if the parking was available. They said they will check and call back. But we received no call so sometime later we ended up going down ourselves to check and park. So please bear this in mind if safe parking is a priority for you. 2) The bidet was leaking. I remember reading a review about this and how the management did not do anything. So never really bothered to ask them to repair since we were staying only for 1 day.

toilet was uncomfortable, shower wasn’t working properly, faucet was leaking, bathroom rug was dirty and dirty was water was squeezing out when stepped on (from the first time) bed was springy and poor, television was low quality without enough channels( since it is 5 star), had to pay for extra bottle of water. initially provided with just 1 liter of water.
